Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns, improving overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
