Human Resources Operations Specialist

This is a key role that focuses on enhancing the overall efficiency of HR operations across a multi-location organization. The successful candidate will oversee lifecycle documentation, performance management, recruitment support, and policy alignment—collaborating closely with leadership and external consultants to ensure compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation.
  2. Ensure accurate file management and version control in HR systems.
  3. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  4. Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance.
  5. Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately.
  6. Partner with leadership and consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions.
  7. Post roles, screen candidates, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
  8. Maintain structured pipelines and consistent candidate communication.
  9. Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions from offer through onboarding.
  10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across regions.
  11. Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  12. Liaise with external consultants to implement compliant practices.
  13. Track staff training, licenses/certifications, and continuing education requirements.
Requirements
  1. Remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  2. Must provide own computer with at least Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor.
