Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive service experience transformation within our organization. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for owning specific business problems and driving process redesign, supported by targeted automation and AI applications.

This is a key contributor role that requires strong process thinking, the ability to simplify complex systems, reduce handoffs, and eliminate waste. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical improvement.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for entirely new processes or fundamental shifts in existing ones, driving 0-1 initiatives rather than incremental gains. You will also design future-state workflows that revolutionize operational effectiveness, combining policy, process, and automation to achieve breakthrough results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Redesign: Identify opportunities for process improvement and redesign, focusing on simplifying complex systems and eliminating waste.
  • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement automation strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy, with a proven track record of driving 0 to 1 initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong process thinking, ability to simplify complex systems, reduce handoffs, and eliminate waste.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or computer science.
