Job Title: Business Process Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of new applications, enhancements to existing applications, and maintenance of corporate technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and review conceptual and logical business solution designs for BAU and replication of business requirements.
  • Evaluate and enhance system performance and efficiency through process design improvements and technological support.
  • Provide guidance on system design, implementation, and monitoring, supporting all core business functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in ERP functional or business process areas.
  • Proven experience in leading complex enterprise projects.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a team lead.
