  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current and proposed programs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage existing organizational learning resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, administer, and coordinate programs.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Classroom training experience and supervisory/leadership background preferred, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong time management skills, coupled with high levels of professionalism and adaptability under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote exceptional customer rapport and drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of digital marketing principles.
