Job Role Overview

This position presents an opportunity to collaborate with learning innovators, business leaders, and technology teams to drive process improvements and gather data on learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review business requirements, forecasting, trending, and present findings for strategic planning
  • Develop and distribute metrics reporting and visualization using business intelligence tools
  • Manage learner groups or analysis, assign Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads
  • Support EOHS team with future innovations of the learning enrollment process to reduce friction and improve accuracy
  • Ensure all business processes are documented, standardized, and securely stored
  • Recommend process enhancements for improved efficiency, waste reduction, time savings, and reduced friction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and technology experts
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and process improvement, analyzing and recommending solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet
  • Proficiency in learning management platforms, digital learning platforms, talent analytics tools, and change management best practices
