Job Overview

Elevate and evolve operations as a key member of our Operational Excellence team. Drive structured improvement, build scalable processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Improve operational efficiency, velocity, and quality across teams by identifying, assessing, and optimizing core business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
  • Audit and compliance support to ensure processes are properly documented and implemented.
  • Support performance tracking and reporting using data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
  • Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within IT or software.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
