Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Construction Head to lead our construction operations nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
