Transforming Construction Through Strategic Leadership

The Head of Construction is a visionary leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of all construction activities. This includes strategic leadership, project acquisition, regulatory compliance, cost and quality control, and team leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
    • Set operational goals and lead execution strategies across all projects.
    • Align operations with company objectives.
  • Project Acquisition & Bidding
    • Lead bid preparation, cost estimates, and technical proposals.
    • Evaluate and negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors.
    • Collaborate with legal and business development teams on project feasibility and risk assessment.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, licenses, and safety standards.
    • Establish and monitor processes for audit readiness and legal compliance.
  • Budget & Cost Control
    • Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
    • Implement value engineering strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Review and approve project expenditures and procurement.
  • People & Contractor Management
    • Lead recruitment, training, and performance of project managers, engineers, and site teams.
