Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist. This role involves identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets, excellent organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
