Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional assistance to our clients. This role involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on retirement plan support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, accurate support via various communication channels.
  • Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on client retirement plan offerings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking, managing, and resolving customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or IT is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within technical support or financial services.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Work Environment

45-50 hours per week, 9-6pm US-ET. Must be able to work in the US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
