Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Job Description:

This role involves reviewing and analyzing consumer and/or commercial credit applications that are not automatically approved or declined by credit card applications. You will receive requests from cardholders and merchants involving credit decisions, working within client-defined credit policies to ensure accurate credit decisions.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications for possible fraud and providing quality customer service in a timely manner while working in a multi-client environment with multiple system applications.

You will handle daily inquiries from 1 or more assigned clients, responding to cardholder requests such as credit line increases and account maintenance, and reviewing/processing credit card applications. You may request system-generated letters to credit applicants requesting additional information.

Additionally, you will develop knowledge of internal and client-specific policies and procedures through training, applying established processes to resolve customer inquiries, and assisting more experienced Credit Specialists.

Required documentation/reporting includes accurately tracking daily work assignments for client billing.
