Key Responsibilities:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for connecting potential clients with financial advisors through strategic communication and relationship-building. This role offers a unique blend of sales and customer service, with performance-based incentives that reward your success.

Key responsibilities include conducting cold outreach to potential clients from provided lists, qualifying prospects according to established parameters, scheduling quality appointments for financial advisor meetings, informing prospects about next steps in the process, and following prescribed processes for appointment setting.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Qualify and schedule a minimum number of high-quality appointments per week
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities
  • Professional demeanor and articulate communication style
  • Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Proficiency with CRM and communication software
