Strata Loan Officer Job Description

The primary role of this position is to work with customers and loan documents, as well as manage various aspects of lending operations. Key responsibilities include preparing customer loan documents for execution, processing customer loan variation requests, creating new customers and setting up loans properly, and managing wholesale customer updates.

  • Prepare customer loan documents for electronic signature via secure digital platform
  • Process customer loan variation requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Create new customers ensuring that loans are configured correctly and all necessary documentation is uploaded
  • Manage wholesale customer updates including interest rate changes requiring increased monthly repayments

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, particularly when working with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and administrative tasks. A background in finance, lending, or a related field is highly beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
