Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics skills.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
