Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate the movement of packages from dispatchers to drivers, utilizing their mastery of CXT dispatch system to optimize routes and meet service level due times. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional tone and ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient delivery routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain proficiency in Dialpad and Zendesk systems.
  • Communicate directly with customers and drivers, providing real-time feedback and updates.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90% or higher for assigned markets.
