JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Front Leader under Operations
  • Responsible for promptly delivering customer orders, ensuring that the foods are fresh and delicious upon arrival
  • Responsible for checking orders and collecting payment at the time of delivery (unless payment has already been made)
  • Responsible for planning their own delivery routes, and adjusting routes to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with the restaurant establishment
  • Assisting with kitchen and front operations if necessary
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth recommendations from customers
  • Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and cleaned according to company standards
  • Offering customers information about a restaurant's menu items or special promotions
  • Manages the parking space for customers if necessary
  • Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
  • Responsible for replacing staff who are out sick or on vacation and for arranging coverage in cases of emergency absence
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license for motorcycles.
  • Preferably at least with 6 months of previous experience as delivery rider or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Good knowledge of the restaurant's delivery area.
  • Reliable and well-maintained motorcycle or scooter.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating deliveries.
  • Professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
  • Physically fit to handle deliveries efficiently.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to follow restaurant delivery protocols.
  • Optional: Prior delivery experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
