Sr Project Manager Job

The role of a Sr Project Manager is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project leadership: Managing end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems
  • Stakeholder management: Serving as primary liaison between stakeholders, Client, and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Team coordination: Leading cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support
  • Risk and issue management: Identifying project risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues as needed
  • Reporting and communication: Providing regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations
  • Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
