Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via email, Slack, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Manage open customer conversations in a timely manner.
  • Own follow-ups and ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues.
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives (documentation, training, etc.).
