**Job Summary**
This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Records Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in financial statement preparation, accounting software management, and bookkeeping.
In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing accounting software. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, handling finance-related queries, and assisting with accounting tasks.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Manage accounting software to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial services
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
