Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage data entry, input financial transactions into accounting software, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Input purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other financial documents into QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
  • Financial Management: Utilize accounting software to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bills and invoices with financial records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries for management and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
