About the JobThe Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research to identify and qualify potential leads. They will execute outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and organized information.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with client sales teams to optimize lead-handling processes and ensure smooth follow-ups. Additionally, they will track and report outreach performance, providing recommendations for campaign improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads
- Execute outreach campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and organized information
- Collaborate with client sales teams to optimize lead-handling processes and ensure smooth follow-ups
- Track and report outreach performance, providing recommendations for campaign improvements
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development support
- Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze campaign data and adapt strategies for continuous improvement
- Work on diverse projects with clients across various industries
- Contribute to business growth by helping build and manage high-value pipelines
