Key Role: Acquisition Senior Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal leader, spearheading strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement and expand market reach across two core pillars.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develops high-impact strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention through data-driven insights and targeted campaigns.
  • Team Management: Oversees cross-functional teams focused on partnerships, cobrand programs, and acquisition channels.
  • Sales & Cross-Sell Excellence: Drives customer acquisition and cross-sell performance by leveraging data analytics and campaign optimization.
  • Risk Sustainability: Embeds robust risk assessment and mitigation frameworks to ensure long-term portfolio health.
  • P&L Accountability: Manages full profit and loss responsibility for the Revolving Stream, driving financial targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Product Innovation: Champions continuous improvement and innovation of revolving credit products to meet evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing and executing acquisition and engagement strategies for credit portfolios.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role with direct reports and experience leading a team in a matrixed environment.
  • Confidence in using data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and Key Result Areas.
