Improve Customer Experience and Drive Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Experience Team for the Apparel store. As the Customer Experience Lead, you will focus on enhancing the shopping experience for customers by emphasizing the importance of customer feedback and insights.

About This Role
  • Lead and develop the Customer Experience Team to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent customer interests in business decisions by prioritizing Voice of the Customer and feedback insights.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience metrics; ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
Responsibilities
  1. Customer Experience Leadership: Lead the Customer Experience Team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
  2. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the shopping experience and implement process improvements.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English language skills, including spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage team leaders and members effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges.
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and make good decisions.
