Remote Production Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Production Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating a team of creatives to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with creatives to manage client production schedules, maintaining regular updates with clients and senior management on project progress, providing suggestions and recommendations to creatives to meet quality standards, reviewing sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers, and collaborating with quality specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress.

  • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet deadlines for high-quality work.
Requirements:

  • Practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
