Job Description

This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of our internal and external functions. You will be responsible for managing daily activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
  1. Project Management
  • Lead high-priority projects, meeting deadlines
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana or Trello for tracking
  • Report project outcomes to leadership
  1. Financial and Resource Management
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning
  • Manage vendor relations and contracts
  • Oversee expenses within allocated budgets
  1. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks
  1. Strategy and Growth
  • Contribute to operational strategy development
  • Support scaling efforts and resource planning
  • Optimize processes for growth and innovation

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in operations or project management is required. Familiarity with tools like Asana and Slack is essential, along with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of blockchain/DeFi, particularly the Solana ecosystem, is highly desirable.
