Job Role:

  • This role involves collaborating with sales teams to create customized ICT solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, demonstrating and delivering these solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized ICT solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase our solutions.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals and documentation to meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical consultancy and present complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Work with sales teams to create pitches and engage with vendors for clarifications on our solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverable solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend innovative ICT solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in presales, solutions architecture or technical consulting.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles and experience in supporting sales from requirements gathering to proposal development.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers and telecoms.
  • Proficiency in: Networking (Routers, switches, firewalls), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Virtualization and Storage (VMware, Hyper-V) and Cybersecurity (Firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
  • Industry-recognized certifications are a plus: Networking (CCNA, CCNP), Cloud Technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Security (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+), IT Service Management (ITIL Certification).
