We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to handle phone calls for our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to represent our clients professionally, handle inbound calls, and answer inquiries regarding home services. You will be required to recite the client's standard greeting and book appointments on their CRM/scheduling platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and answering customer inquiries
  • Representing clients professionally and following their standard greetings
  • Booking appointments on client CRM/scheduling platforms
  • Taking detailed call summary notes, including contact information and reason for inquiry
  • Transmitting accurate call notes to clients after each call
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable computer with Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM
  • A stable internet connection with speeds of at least 40 Mbps
  • A backup power source to ensure continuous operation
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Multitasking abilities to manage phone calls, take notes, and send follow-up messages or emails
