Senior Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estimator Coordinator to support our estimating teams by ensuring seamless bid proposal management, vendor quote tracking, and timely submission.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Construction or engineering experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid Package Management:
- Coordinate and track bid proposals from initiation to submission.
- Ensure all estimate packages include vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, takeoffs, specifications, and scope clarifications.
- Organize files for executive review and maintain consistent folder structures.
- Solicit and track supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Maintain and update a bid contact database with key partners.
- Ensure all quotes are documented and properly saved for reference.
- Collaborate with estimators on bid deadlines and scheduling.
- Assist with tracking and document management.
- Generate summary bid reports and maintain a bid calendar.
