Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Assistant Manager to take on a key role in our organization.

About the Role:
  • Client development activities: building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and seeking innovative ways to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with our Market Analyst team on submissions for clients. These will include but are not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical due diligence reports and financial analyses.
  • Present pitches and conduct presentations
  • Coordinate and lead site inspections for clients
  • Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options lists, request for proposals, letters of intent and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Mentor, coach and manage a team of brokers
  • Partner with our Client Engagement Coordinator to provide post-sales support to clients
About You:
  • A degree in any Business discipline is required.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is advantageous.
  • Professionals with experience in Business Development, Project Management, Leasing, Sales and Brokerage are encouraged to apply.
