We specialize in enhancing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide. Our goal is to optimize every aspect of anesthesia care delivery, seamlessly integrating each stage of the process. In this role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen healthcare providers to ensure they meet established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate schedules for clients and healthcare providers to guarantee seamless coordination.
  • Maintain all necessary and valid credentials of healthcare providers working with us.
  • Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Be accessible by phone and text for at least a few hours outside your working schedule to handle urgent matters.
Requirements:
  • Prior recruiting experience is preferred; transferable skills are also considered.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to enhance interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Show ability to handle urgent matters and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills:
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Have knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (desired).
  • Be willing to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Educational Background: Open to undergrads and grad students.
