Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region from a permanent remote work setup in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team, acting as a point of escalation for complex billing and collection issues while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, preparing and distributing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers.
  • Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining professional client communication on account status.
  • Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is beneficial but not mandatory.
