Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to oversee and execute marketing activities across multiple channels.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating weekly email campaigns, including testing and scheduling, under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Executive.
  • Support the creation of weekly reports covering all email and SMS activity.
  • Collaborate on uploading content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
  • Contribute to content development in Canva (preferred, but not required).
  • Take ownership of weekly reporting for organic social channels in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Executive.
  • Support the development of Google and Meta ad builds and content uploads.
  • Assist in compiling reports on all paid media initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Paid Media agency in strategy and optimization of ad accounts.
  • Contribute to paid media reporting and analysis.
  • Help select products on-site for key themes or stories relevant to marketing activities.
  • Manage Brand Partner marketing assets, storing them on a shared drive and maintaining organized folders.
  • Offer general or ad-hoc marketing support to aid the marketing team in meeting deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Centre, Instagram/Facebook Platforms, and Asana.

  • Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Centre, Instagram/Facebook platforms, and Asana.
