Role: TA Onboarding Specialist

Work Location/Setup: Philippines | Onsite

Shift Schedule: 5-day work week | Shifting Schedule

What Will You Do?

As the TA Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing quality talent to meet aggressive hiring requirements for contact center programs and other company roles, including potential hires in the Philippines. Your responsibilities include: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for aggressive individual recruiting goals, which are monitored daily and weekly.

The position will be on the Eton Site, Quezon City

In this role, you will:

  • Defining job requirements and collaborating with hiring managers to align on role specifications.
  • Developing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and qualifying resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Administering any approved tests to evaluate candidates' abilities and qualifications.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews (onsite or phone) between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates' competencies, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Making job offers and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Completing all hiring documentation and ensuring proper records are maintained for each hire.
  • Managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including all paperwork, orientation, and compliance.
  • Tracking and reporting on onboarding progress, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Paying attention to detail in managing candidate documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations in the recruitment and hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certifications).
  • Experience with onboarding systems and platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in international recruitment, particularly in the Philippines or other global locations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and labor laws specific to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits and compensation plans during the onboarding phase.
  • Expertise in employee engagement and enhancing the new hire experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and hiring managers.
  • Experience using data analytics to assess and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in multiple languages (a plus, especially for international hiring).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for coordinating multiple hires simultaneously.
