  • Lead Management & Qualification Support:
    • Route inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Qualify leads and route them to sales development representatives.
    • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather company information.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries.
    • Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
  • Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes.
    • Develop and implement sales support tools and resources.
    • Generate sales reports and analyze data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration & Team Support:
    • Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, and marketing teams.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
