Enablement Coordinator Opportunity

This is a part-time role that will support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a clear, organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control
  • Develop knowledge checks to test understanding after key product launches or process updates
  • Define automation and deflection workflows
  • Produce high-quality training materials and internal documentation

Requirements:

  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred)
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Canva
