Business Analyst and Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting data analytics on operational data. Your tasks will include data gathering and extraction from various systems, data cleaning, transformation, and data modeling to derive meaningful insights.

This role requires strong statistical knowledge and the ability to work with stakeholders to provide essential information as needed. You will also participate in both internal and external interfaces, collaborating with colleagues and external partners to drive business outcomes.

To be successful in this position, you should have a relevant Bachelor's Degree in analytics, data science, statistics, or mathematics. Additionally, you should have applicable licensure and at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics is required, as well as fluency in oral and written communication.
