Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to join our team. This is a key role that involves developing and distributing contact center reporting, modifying and revising scorecards and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting to support business decisions.
  • Modify, revise, and update scorecards, dashboards, and operational reports to meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with workforce leaders, senior site managers, and sales leaders to create new or modify existing reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and structure data to inform business recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze large datasets to enable visualization and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports, including development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during the development phase to ensure tool and report implementation meets expectations.
  • Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution for database and reporting tool implementation.
  • Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs and projects.
  • Assist in automating reports by designing macros to reduce cycle time and defects.
  • Implement and manage cross-functional performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver related insights and drive significant impact and value.
  • Improve data availability by serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the application/delivery team on developing reports and dashboards to feed into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and other dashboards.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including experience with large datasets.
  • Experience extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
  • Strong data analytics and report creation skills.
  • Proficient user of Excel, SQL, and understanding call center statistics.
  • Knowledge of VBA, macros, linked data, pivot chart tools, design tools, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience developing dashboards and understandable reports with useful visualization.
  • Strong business and collaboration skills, with responsiveness to service needs and operational demands.
  • Utilization of data discovery tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills covering Power Pivots and Macros.
  • SQL query skills for troubleshooting data.
  • Ability to tell a story with data and drive data literacy.
  • Ability to build good relationships and work cross-functionally.
