Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our team in driving data-informed decision-making. This role requires someone who can transform raw data into meaningful insights, build dashboards, and partner with business leaders to optimize performance across a dynamic hospitality and technology-driven business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that track key business metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting data to stakeholders at all levels.
Business Insights & Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, revenue, and marketing) to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives with evidence-based insights.
Data Management & Documentation
  • Document data sources, logic, and workflows to ensure consistent understanding across teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Recommend tools, processes, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Superset, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
