About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and project management skills, with a deep understanding of telecommunications services. They will own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicating with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
  • Documenting dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
  • Utilizing hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in Service Delivery and/or Project Management. Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers is also essential.
