Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our growth partner agency in delivering high-quality projects for forward-thinking, mission-driven brands. You will be responsible for streamlining internal operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth project delivery for clients across the UK, US, and Europe.

This part-time role requires approximately 10–20 hours of work per week, with potential to scale up to full-time. The schedule is flexible, with UK working hours and early US overlap. The location is fully remote, welcoming candidates from PH & SA-based locations.

You will engage as an Independent Contractor and earn a competitive monthly rate based on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com (and possibly ClickUp) to enhance efficiency.
  • Design and implement automations and integrations to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Iterate on processes and workflows based on feedback.
  • [Optional] Support client strategy and relationship management when needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3–4 years of project coordination or management experience.
  • Demonstrated specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards).
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations.
  • A background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive communication and ownership with minimal oversight.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Client-facing experience: relationship building, strategy, upselling/cross-selling.
  • Exposure to startups, scale-ups, or mission-driven brands.
