About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and professional Project Coordinator to be the key point of contact for our clients from project initiation to turnover. This role ensures smooth communication between clients and the company, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the client's journey is seamless and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle (design, design & build, and construction).
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and timelines.
  • Relay client concerns, requests, and feedback promptly to the internal team.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication across all channels (email, phone, meetings, site visits).
  • Support in preparing client-facing documents such as reports, presentations, and project summaries.
  • Uphold Colkin Corp's values of trust, quality, and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in client management, account management, or project coordination (construction/architecture industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
