Our company is looking for a Site Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Maintains integrity of documents
  • Files documents in physical and digital formats; and ensures proper storage
  • Provides administrative assistance
  • Maintains open line of communication and collaboration with regards to documents
  • Coordinates with clients regarding permit requirements
  • Prepares status report of documents and submit to the management
  • Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management
  • Coordinating with deployed teams regarding work progress
  • Monitors project progress
  • Negotiation regarding the projects, necessitating in good interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Background in the telecommunication industry
  • Keen on details and pays attention to them.
  • Knows the nitty-gritty of securing permits from local and national government
  • WILLING TO GO TO AND WORK IN BACOOR CITY, CAVITE

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SITE ACQUISITION.
