Job Opportunity: Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage key operational tasks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain efficient workflows.

This role requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Manage purchase orders from receipt to processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse to ship orders efficiently and update records accordingly.
  • Digital Access Support: Provide customers with eBook access using designated software.
  • Billing: Process invoices to customers after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through various channels and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, tracking expenses and income in accounting software.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Data Management: Gather and organize data to inform business decisions.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: QuickBooks and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in work.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain organized records.
