**Healthcare Virtual Assistant Role Overview**

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our call recording and conversation analysis software.

The Job Description:

  • Process internal referrals and ensure they are accurately added to relevant lists.

  • Schedule and oversee allied health appointments, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and vision services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking treatments for approved patients over the phone.

  • Managing patient approvals, denials, and follow-up lists.

  • Assisting with treatment block bookings and LTD approvals.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant in a healthcare setting.

  • Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills are required.

  • Ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is necessary.

  • Familiarity with healthcare software tools such as EMR/EHR is beneficial.

  • Previous experience handling insurance claims and billing is an asset.
