The role of a Healthcare Recruiter is to source, screen and place qualified candidates in various healthcare roles. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and timelines, and use your expertise to find the best fit for each position.

Your days will be filled with tasks such as:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews and time-to-hire

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and self-managed approach to your work
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding and licensing basics
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup
