Project Director Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Project Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring seamless, timely delivery across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in project management or digital operations leadership, along with familiarity with content marketing, e-commerce, or digital media. Strong English communication skills (written + spoken) are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project timelines for blog launches, product releases, YouTube content, and client services
  • Tracking and updating tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets
  • Ensuring team members adhere to standard operating procedures, timelines, and milestones
  • Maintaining open communication channels across teams (Telegram, Docs, Email)
  • Coordinating between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and executives
  • Monitoring performance and reporting progress to the CEO on a weekly basis
  • Identifying and resolving roadblocks before they become delays
  • Documenting workflows and improving internal efficiency

This is a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, remote agency. The Project Director will collaborate closely with the CEO, creative leads, content editors, VAs, and client liaisons to achieve shared goals.
