- Virtual tutoring sessions require careful management.
- Student academic progress must be closely monitored.
- Executing programs and initiatives flawlessly is also crucial.
- Time management and compliance with company and regulatory requirements are essential skills for this role.
- Conducting conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments is another key responsibility.
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills are necessary.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
- A professional and approachable demeanor is expected.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month.
- Effective communication both in virtual environments is a must.
- Proficiency in using all communication media, including in-person, phone, and video.

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-3 years progressive career growth.
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
