The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for all internal hires, including operations managers, client success managers, executive assistants, marketers, HR professionals, and more. You'll be the gatekeeper of talent and the matchmaker of potential.

You'll run end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. You'll craft compelling job advertisements that attract top-tier candidates, vet candidates for skill, speed, ownership, and judgment, and partner with department heads to deeply understand what drives business success.
