Job Overview

The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to develop effective procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and track progress status by collecting information reports.
  • Process and file work orders, proposals, department files, and other submitted paperwork.
  • Oversee activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling management.
  • Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors effectively.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Basic math skills for simple calculations.
